Shipping & Returns 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

The Flying Papaya is not responsible for any delays due to customs, as this is responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal.

• Orders are processed within 3-4 days, then shipped to their final destination.

• If you live in Portugal, your order will probably arrive between 2-3 days. Orders placed outside Portugal and inside Europe will likely take 7 -15 days. Orders placed outside Europe will probably take 2 - 5 weeks.

• The Flying Papaya offers 2 types of shipping:

  • Standard shipping

  • with Tracking number: your shipping cost is higher but it will give you a tracking number, that you can check. Once it arrives to your country, you can check it on your local post office. Please note that this type of shipping is not faster, it only gives you a track of your package, to avoid lost packages.

• We ship internationally.

Returns

All articles can be returned, except for custom, personalised orders and digital downloads.

Once you receive your product, if you are not happy, please contact us within 14 days, from the moment you receive the product. Then, you have another 14 days from this notification to send the merchandise to the seller.

Residents from foreign countries, outside Europe, will have 30 days from the notification to send the merchandise to the seller.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
